At JewelnBeads, every piece is handmade with care and attention. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy.
1. No Return / Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, as our jewelry is handmade and crafted in limited pieces.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
3. Unboxing Proof Required
To process any claim, an unboxing video is mandatory. Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
4. Replacement Process
Once your request is approved, we will initiate a replacement. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar item or store credit.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
- Slight color or design variations (due to handmade nature)
- Damage caused after use
- Delay in reporting the issue
6. Shipping Charges
In case of approved damaged/wrong items, we will handle the replacement shipping. Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable.
