Return Period
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Customers must raise a return request
within this period.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Missing items
- Defective or broken item due to transit
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Products that are used or worn
- Minor color or size differences due to lighting or screen resolution
- Custom-made or personalized orders
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in original condition, original packaging, and include all tags and
freebies (if any).
Return Process
Customers must raise a return request via the selling platform (Meesho/Website) and provide clear
photos or videos as proof. Pickup will be arranged once approved
Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated after the returned product is received and inspected. Refund mode
depends on the platform (bank/UPI/wallet).
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order after receiving the
refund.

All our jewelry is handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and not
considered defects
